Definition
Customs-approved treatment is a method of dealing with goods entering the EU customs territory as defined by the Union Customs Code. It includes: placing goods under a customs procedure (release for free circulation, transit, customs warehousing, inward/outward processing, temporary admission), entry into a free zone, re-export, destruction, or abandonment to the State.
