Definition
An invoice declaration is a simplified proof of preferential origin of goods, placed directly on a commercial invoice, packing list, or other commercial document. It may be made by any exporter for consignments up to EUR 6,000 or by approved exporters (no value limit). The wording is strictly defined in trade agreements and must include the authorisation number (if applicable), description of goods, and date.
