KAS (National Revenue Administration) is the Polish institution created on 1 March 2017 by merging tax, customs, and fiscal control administrations. KAS is responsible for collecting duties, taxes, and excise, customs and fiscal control, combating smuggling and fiscal crime. KAS structure includes: Ministry of Finance, tax administration chambers, tax offices, customs-fiscal offices.
