OSS – One Stop Shop

OSS (One Stop Shop) enables businesses selling goods and services to consumers (B2C) across EU member states to settle VAT through a single portal in their registration state. OSS covers intra-EU distance sales of goods (formerly mail order) and electronic services. With OSS, businesses avoid the need to register for VAT in each member state separately.
