Section IV covers chapters 16-24: meat and fish preparations (16), sugars (17), cocoa (18), cereal preparations (19), vegetable and fruit preparations (20), miscellaneous edible preparations (21), beverages and vinegar (22), food industry residues and animal feed (23), and tobacco (24). Many goods are subject to excise duty (alcohol, tobacco) and special labelling requirements.
