Union Goods

Union goods are goods having the customs status of Union goods. This includes goods wholly obtained in the EU customs territory, goods imported from third countries and released for free circulation, and goods produced in the EU customs territory from the two previous categories. Union goods status is crucial – such goods can move freely within the EU without further customs formalities.
