Definition
CELINA is a Polish IT system of the National Revenue Administration used for processing import customs declarations. It enables electronic filing of SAD documents and communication between the declarant and customs authority. CELINA is being gradually replaced by the more modern AIS (Automatic Import System), which is part of the pan-European customs systems modernisation programme.
