Centralised Clearance
Customs proceduresArt. 179 – Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 (UCC)
PL: Odprawa scentralizowana | DE: Zentrale Zollabfertigung
Definition
Centralised clearance is a customs simplification allowing permit holders to file customs declarations at the customs office of the member state where they are established, even if goods are physically presented in another member state. It requires AEO-C authorisation or equivalent trusted trader status. Centralised clearance significantly simplifies logistics for companies operating across multiple EU countries.
