Definition
Form A (Certificate of Origin Form A) was the standard document proving preferential origin of goods under the GSP. Since 2017, Form A has been gradually replaced by the REX (Registered Exporter System), where exporters self-certify origin. Form A is no longer issued by most GSP beneficiary countries.
