Definition
ISZTAR4 is an IT system maintained by the Polish Ministry of Finance providing the current EU customs tariff (TARIC) together with national tariff measures. It enables searching CN/TARIC codes, checking duty rates, tax rates (VAT, excise), non-tariff measures (licences, certificates), and trade policy measures (anti-dumping duties, quotas). ISZTAR4 is the official tariff information source in Poland and is freely available online.
