Non-Union Goods

Definition
Non-Union goods are all goods that do not have the customs status of Union goods. This includes goods brought from third countries that have not yet been released for free circulation, and goods that have lost their Union status (e.g. through export). Non-Union goods are subject to customs supervision and must be assigned a customs-approved treatment.
