Returned Goods (Reimport)

Returned goods are Union goods that return to the EU customs territory after export and are re-admitted to free circulation. Under Art. 203 UCC, they are duty-free if: (1) identical to exported goods, (2) return within 3 years, (3) no export duty refund was received.
