Definition
The T2L document (or T2LF for goods from/to territories with special fiscal status) serves to prove the Union customs status of goods moved by sea or air between two points in the EU customs territory. Without this document, goods arriving by sea are by default treated as non-Union goods. The T2L may be replaced by an authorised shipping company manifest under simplification rules.
