Definition
A WTO tariff quota is a quantity or value of goods importable at a reduced duty rate (in-quota) under WTO commitments. Once exhausted, the full rate (out-of-quota) applies. WTO quotas are available erga omnes. Administration is on a first-come-first-served basis.
