Authorised Consignor

An authorised consignor is an entity permitted to start transit operations (T1/T2) without physically presenting goods at the customs office of departure. Goods can be loaded and dispatched directly from the authorised consignor's premises. The authorisation requires compliance with record-keeping, security, and financial guarantee conditions.
