Definition
DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) is an Incoterms 2020 rule replacing DAT. The seller bears all costs and risks until goods are unloaded at the agreed destination (terminal, warehouse, factory). It is the only Incoterms rule where the seller is responsible for unloading. The buyer handles import clearance.
