Incoterms 2020 is the current version of international commercial terms by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), effective 1 January 2020. It includes 11 rules in two groups: any mode of transport (EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU, DDP) and sea/inland waterway (FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF). Key changes include: DAT replaced by DPU, higher insurance standard under CIP.
